Il Giglio d'Oro is located on a first floor apartment, which has been recently renovated. The building is equipped with an elevator. The structure comprises a welcoming hall, two double bedrooms with two kitchens and two bathrooms, a wide living room and an ample terrace where guests can relax and have breakfast among flowers and scents of a vegetable garden.
Each double room has a kitchen and its own private bathroom, are set up with air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar and refreshments, bath towels and toweling robes, hairdryer, mirror and complimentary toiletries. On request, the rooms can be supplied with one children's bed (request has to be made during the booking phase and not after). The bedrooms, elegant and sophisticated, are separated from the rest of the apartment. Il Giglio d'Oro is the perfect accommodation for families, for travel lovers that long to feel at home, business travelers and for couples wishing to have a romantic elope. Free WI-FI access is provided within all the apartment.
The B&B is 100 meters far from the Police Headquarters. Guests can park in a free parking area (located near the building) or can make use of a private car park, completely free of costs and reserved for them, in the "Central Parking" structure, which is only 10 meters far from the B&B. For the night access is possible after contacting the manager of the B&B by phone.
Il Giglio d'Oro is a landmark for the most important healthcare facilities of the town: Casa di cura Poggio del Sole (250 meters far), San Giuseppe Clinic (1,5 kilometers), Ospedale San Donato (700 meters far) and Centro Chirurgico Toscano (1,5 km far) are only a few steps from it. Central Bus station and Railroad station are reachable walking, and the structure is also close to Arezzo's Centro Affari e Congressi (Exhibition and Congressional Pole of Arezzo), situated in Via Spallanzani.
